July 4, 2012: Happy Birthday America, and Elliot!

What a fun day we had!

Lots of play time. The kids loved dancing around in the front yard with their flags. Ryan was cracking us up the way she was "running" and waving the flag as she went.

Mimi, GG, and Elliot came over to have Elliot's birthday dinner! Today is his birthday- happy birthday, Elliot!!

The kids are such a big help when it comes to opening presents. Beckett is now very excited for his birthday party... I have a feeling I will hear about it everyday for a month ;)

And then we all sat on our driveway and watched fireworks go off all around us. It was an amazing "show". We have neighbors all around us who set off pretty impressive displays. It doesn't matter which direction you are facing, you get a great show!

Such a great celebration!
