Ma-son

Last weekend, Beckett and I took a short road trip to Ponca City to visit my friend Charley, her boyfriend, Brad, and his son, Mason.  Another friend of ours, Lauren B., road with us.  Lauren is going to be such a great mom (whenever she decides to have kids)!! She was so entertaining to Beckett and that was a huge help, especially in the car.

Once in Ponca, we hung out at Brad and Charley's house for a bit.  Mason was so sweet- he let Beckett play in his room and he shared his toys so well.  Beckett probably thought he was just one of the big boys :)

After the boys played for a little while, we went to Brad's parents house and spent the afternoon by the pool- so relaxing.  Beckett really LOVED playing with Mason (he says "May-son" 2 very distinct syllables).  Some other friends came over and swam with us for a bit, but Beckett and Mason had a great time swimming and playing on the swing set.  The backyard was pretty big so there was lots of room for the boys to play!

We had so much fun! Beckett can't wait to go back.  This week he looked at me and said "Ma-son home?" So cute!!
