Cousin Company

This weekend we were so excited to have cousins from TX come stay with us!  Corey, Laliah, and Savannah came to town on Friday and the fun began.  Beckett and Savannah are about a year apart so this was our first visit with them where they could actually play together- and they had such a good time.  Beckett was pretty good about sharing his toys too- very encouraging :)  The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time outside, when we were inside the kids were playing in the tent or eating and the adults had plenty of time to chit chat :)

Since the weather was so perfect we also decided to take the kids to the zoo on Saturday.  They had such a good time!

After the zoo we ate at El Chico- yum- and then headed home for nap time and to get ready for the first OSU football game of the season!!  We had Kenny's mom and family and Charly over for a cookout.  The Pokes won (big time) and we were all happy that the season started off so well! GO STATE!!

On Sunday we took the kids to the park in the morning.  I was cracking up because they were both wearing their sunglasses- too cute!

After lunch and naps, we headed out to the backyard for some more play time.  Beckett figured out how to turn in his toy bucket into a drum, very entertaining.

We filled up the water table and let the kids play while we sat around and visited. Savannah is such a happy little girl! She is so sweet!

On Sunday night we went to dinner at Michelle and Tony's.  We had so much fun playing and talking, riding scooters, playing basketball, etc.

We are so glad the Hoskins' could make the trip up here.  We really enjoy spending time with them.  I love that Bcekett is blessed with cousins and family close to his age.  I know that he will enjoy growing up with his family as much as I did!
