January: Snow, snow, and more snow!!
February: We went from snow covered and sledding to much nicer weather- we were even able to sneak in a zoo trip! I also feel like from January to February Beckett really started to "grow up" and look more like a pre-schooler than a toddler. I love this handsome face!
March: Preparations for Ryan began!
April: Beckett and friends. We had a great time at the Touch a Truck event! In April, we also had a wonderful trip to Durant and TX (bluebonnetts!) as well as a great Easter!
May: Cousins came to visit and we had a great time at the Aquarium. 8 months pregnant didn't keep me from a Reckless Kelly concert :) Baby shower and Beckett playing lots of soccer in the backyard were a couple of other highlights.
June: Our last 2 days as a family of 3...
...and the beginning of our life as a family of 4! June brought lots of friends and family, a trip to the childeren's museum, and so much fun!
July: a fun 4th, and then a special surprise visit!
August: 3 year old's Dinosaur party! (2011 was the year of the dinosaur) More of the hottest summer we've had in a long time...
...family trip to Kansas City with a trip to the T-Rex Cafe and the kid's first MLB game- complete with a Josh Beckett sighting!
September: Ryan's baptism, finally "cool" enough to get back to the zoo, Beckett started his 2nd year of MDO, Lynnsey went back to work part-time in a new position, the best season ever for OSU football began!
October: family trip to Woolaroc, BFF Trip to Kansas City, beautiful weather, fun with boxes, the greatest homecoming celebration on earth "Where Your Story Began", pumpkin patch, Trick-or-Treating with a lady bug and dinosaur!
November: MDO Thanksgiving party and a wonderful Thanksgiving with lots of family!
December: Ryan turned 6 months old! Fun Christmas festivities- MDO Christmas program, lots of cookies, fun with family, and really fun presents! We are starting to see a shift from dinosaurs to Toy Story, that's kind of a big deal :)
What a wonderful year!!! We are excited for 2012 and the fun advetures it will bring.
