Chicago: Another Baseball Game

On Tuesday we had tickets to a Cubs game at Wrigley field.  Kenny and I were very excited! We took B to the zoo that morning and that afternoon we decided we'd walk around Chicago to wear him out before going into the game :)  We ended up finding the PERFECT parking spot at an elementary school! There was a playground and everything!  We let Beckett play until it was time to go to the game and I really think it made a big difference in how he acted at the game- he was tired but not cranky.

Walking into the game we walked around the historic ballpark, it was really amazing!

Before the game we beat the crowds to the hot dog stand and made it to our seats, which were good (not great). We were able to eat our dinner before the seats around us got too crowded.  Even though we had 2 tickets, there was an empty seat next to us so we were able to spread out.

These are roof top seats.  There are bars and such on the level below the seats and you can sit across the street from the field but still have a great view!

Beckett made friends with the boys sitting next to us and the guy sitting on the other side of us- both offered him food so B was happy to meet them! The home team ended up winning and we had a great time!
