We have needed new windows for a long time. Actually, we have needed new windows since we moved in. But it has been easy to postpone this upgrade. This year it has been moving up our priority list. In the summer it was ridiculously hot in Ryan's room, she has the most windows. And this winter it has been ridiculously cold. So, we decided the time was right. Luckily for us, Kenny's brother is an install expert! So the Brothers Childress went to work this weekend and got the first few windows installed. They had a pretty great helper, too. The rest of the windows will be going in soon so this is just "part 1". Stay tuned!
The first window to be put in was in the master bedroom because Ryan was napping.

I will post more "after" pictures when they are all in. But you can tell from this pic that they are a HUGE improvement!
