Friday was Kenny's mom, Michelle's, birthday! To celebrate, we all went to Shogun for a FANTASTIC dinner. Shogun is our favorite place to eat and it is perfect for holding Beckett's attention since you watch the chef make your dinner on the hibachi. Beckett loved the steamed rice and the fire. He also got in quite a bit of people watching.
Beckett didn't want to sit in his high chair the whole time, so I ended up with a "dinner buddy" and rice all over me! It was worth it :) Here, Beckett is mesmerized by the fiery onion volcano.
After dinner we went back to the house for cupcakes and gifts! Happy Birthday Grandma!
At Michelle's house, Beckett has become fond of "the pillow pile", after cupcakes, he stayed busy showing Dadda how it's done.
It was a wonderful night with good food and great company.
